摘要
面向工业炉管离心铸造设计了智能化大数据采集分析系统,并选用某型号工业炉管离心铸造数据开展了建模分析,结果表明,MPCA与PCA模型构建检测正确率与误报率为100%与0,所以MPCA-PCA联合建模检测正确率与误报率为100%与0;基于故障炉管贡献分析,查找发现了故障成因,以此及时调整离心铸造过程参数,防止由于同样原因造成故障。
An intelligent big data acquisition and analysis system was designed for industrial furnace tube centrifugal casting,and a certain type of industrial furnace tube production data was selected for modeling analysis.The results showed that the detection accuracy and false alarm rate of MPCA and PCA model construction were 100%and 0,so the detection accuracy and false alarm rate of MPCA-PCA joint modeling were 100%and 0.Based on the fault furnace tube contribution analysis,the cause of the fault was found out,so as to timely adjust the centrifugal casting process parameters to prevent the fault caused by the same reason.
