简单介绍了上料台架的结构特点及工作原理,针对上料台架机构的缺陷和在应用中出现的问题,分析产生的原因,提出了两种适合现场改造的方案,经计算验证原有设备可以支持改造方案的有效实施,方案简单易行,改造成本低,克服了钢坯砸伤辊道、损坏轴承和减速机的弊病。
