贝伐珠单抗联合化疗在肺癌中的疗效及对TGF-β1、HIF-1α、SDF-1α的影响

摘要 【目的】探讨贝伐珠单抗联合化疗在肺癌中的疗效及对转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)、缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)、基质细胞衍生因子-1α(SDF-1α)的影响。【方法】选择2019年2月至2020年2月收治的105例肺癌患者,采用随机数字表法分为试验组(n=53)和对照组(n=52)。对照组给予化疗治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上给予贝伐珠单抗治疗。比较两组临床疗效、TGF-β1、HIF-1α、SDF-1α及不良反应发生情况。【结果】治疗后,两组总有效率比较差异显著(P<0.05);试验组TGF-β1、HIF-1α、SDF-1α水平低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。【结论】在肺癌治疗患者中应用贝伐珠单抗联合化疗疗效显著,可改善患者TGF-β1、HIF-1α、SDF-1α水平。 【Objective】To study Effect of bevacizumab combined with chemotherapy on transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1),hypoxia-inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α),stromal cell derived factor-1α(SDF-1α)in lung cancer.【Methods】The 105 lung cancer patients treated in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected and divided into experimental group(n=53)and control group(n=52)by random number table method.The control group was given chemotherapy,and the experimental group was given bevacizumab on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,TGF-β1,HIF-1α,SDF-1αand the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.【Results】After treatment,the total effective rate between the two groups was significantly different(P<0.05);The levels of TGF-β1,HIF-1αand SDF-1αin experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).【Conclusion】Bevacizumab combined with chemotherapy has significant efficacy in lung cancer patients,and can improve the levels of TGF-β1,HIF-1αand SDF-1αwithout increasing adverse reactions.
