摘要
【目的】探讨同步整合加量调强放射治疗(SIB-IMRT)与常规调强放射治疗食管癌的效果。【方法】选取60例食管癌患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为实验组(n=19)和对照组(n=41),实验组予以SIB-IMRT治疗,对照组予以常规调强放射治疗。对比两组临床缓解情况、放射损伤情况、放射区域放射参数。【结果】治疗后,实验组总缓解率明显高于对照组(97.74%vs 63.41%)(P<0.05);实验组放射损伤情况总占比显著低于对照组放射损伤情况总占比(21.05%vs 51.22%)(P<0.05);实验组放射区域D95高于对照组,而放射区域V105及HI均低于对照组(P<0.05)。【结论】SIB-IMRT与常规调强放射治疗食管癌患者均有一定疗效,但前者的临床疗效明显优于后者,且毒副反应小,安全性较高,SIB-IMRT可作为治疗食管癌的优选放疗手段。
【Objective】To investigate the efficacy of simultaneous integrated intensive-modulated radiotherapy(SIB-IMRT)and conventional intensive-modulated radiotherapy in the treatment of esophageal cancer.【Methods】A total of 60 patients with esophageal cancer were selected and divided into experimental group(n=19)and control group(n=41)by random number table.The experimental group was treated with SIB-IMRT and the control group was treated with conventional intensity modulated radiotherapy.Clinical remission,radiation injury and radiation parameters of radiation area were compared between the two groups.【Results】After treatment,the total remission rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(97.74%vs 63.41%)(P<0.05).The total proportion of radiation injury in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(21.05%vs 51.22%)(P<0.05);The radiation area D95 of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,but the radiation area V105 and HI were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).【Conclusion】Both SIB-IMRT and conventional IMRT have certain efficacy in the treatment of esophageal cancer,but the clinical efficacy of siB-IMRT is obviously better than that of the latter,and the toxic side effects are small and the safety is high.Sib-imrt can be used as the preferred radiotherapy for esophageal cancer.
