丹参酮胶囊联合585nm强脉冲光子治疗寻常型痤疮的疗效观察

Effect of tanshinone capsule combined with 585 nm intense pulse photon on acne vulgaris

【目的】探讨丹参酮胶囊联合585 nm强脉冲光子治疗寻常型痤疮的疗效。【方法】选取2019年7至2020年7月我院收治的104例寻常型痤疮患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,各52例。对照组行585 nm强脉冲光子治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予丹参酮胶囊,观察两组临床疗效,并比较治疗前后临床症状、角质层含水量、皮肤油脂、粗糙度、不良反应及复发率。【结果】治疗后研究组临床症状总评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组角质层含水量高于对照组(P<0.05),皮肤油脂、粗糙度低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组总不良反应发生率对比无统计学差异(P>0.05)。研究组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。【结论】丹参酮胶囊联合585 nm强脉冲光子治疗寻常型痤疮疗效显著,可明显改善患者临床症状,复发风险小,安全性好。

【Objective】To investigate the efficacy of tanshinone capsule combined with 585 nm intense pulsed photon in the treatment of acne vulgaris.【Methods】A total of 104 patients with acne vulgaris admitted to our hospital from July 2019 to July 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into study group and control group by random number table method,with 52 cases in each group.The control group received intense pulsed photon therapy at 585 nm,and the research group received tanshinone capsule on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed,and the clinical symptoms,cuticle water content,skin oil,roughness,adverse reactions and recurrence rates were compared before and after treatment.【Results】The total score of clinical symptoms in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of study group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the water content of cuticle in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the skin grease and roughness were lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of total adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The recurrence rate of study group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).【Conclusion】Tanshinone capsule combined with 585 nm intense pulsed photon has significant efficacy in the treatment of acne vulgaris,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with low recurrence risk and good safety.
