自我效能理论护理干预在胃息肉行内镜下黏膜切除术患者健康教育中的应用效果分析

Analysis on the application effect of self-efficacy theory nursing intervention in health education of patients undergoing endoscopic mucosal resection of gastric polyps

【目的】分析自我效能理论护理干预在胃息肉行内镜下黏膜切除术(EMR)患者健康教育中的应用效果分析。【方法】选择2019年4月至2021年3月我院收治的102例胃息肉行EMR患者,按入院顺序分为观察组(n=51)和传统组(n=51),传统组给予常规干预,观察组在此基础上给予自我效能理论护理干预的健康教育。记录两组患者术后恢复情况,于干预前(入院时)、干预后(出院时)评估患者心理状态[广泛性焦虑障碍量表(GAD-7)、患者健康抑郁问卷(PHQ-9)]及疾病知识掌握度。【结果】两组住院时间及并发症发生率比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后GAD-7、PHQ-9量表评分均低于干预前(P<0.05),且观察组低于传统组(P<0.05);干预后,两组胃息肉患者健康知识问卷各维度评分均高于干预前(P<0.05),且观察组高于传统组(P<0.05)。【结论】自我效能理论护理干预的健康教育应用于胃息肉EMR手术患者的康复干预中,能有效改善其负性情绪,提高健康知识水平,促进康复。

【Objective】To analyze the application effect of self-efficacy theory nursing intervention in health education of patients undergoing endoscopic mucosal resection(EMR)of gastric polyps.【Methods】102 patients with gastric polyp undergoing EMR from April 2019 to March 2021 were selected and divided into observation group(n=51)and traditional group(n=51)according to the order of admission.The traditional group was given routine intervention,and the observation group was given health education of self-efficacy theory nursing intervention.The postoperative recovery of two groups was observed and recorded,and the psychological status[Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale 7-item(GAD-7),Patient Health Depression Questionnaire 9-item(PHQ-9)]and disease knowledge mastery were evaluated before intervention(admission)and after intervention(discharge).【Results】There was no statistical significance in the length of hospital stay and incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of GAD-7 and PHQ-9 scales in the observation group were lower than those in the traditional group(P<0.05).After intervention,all dimensions of health knowledge questionnaire scores of patients with gastric polyp in the observation group were higher than those in the traditional group after intervention(P<0.05).【Conclusion】Health education of self-efficacy theory nursing intervention can effectively improve negative emotion,improve health knowledge level and promote rehabilitation of patients undergoing EMR surgery for gastric polyp.
