开坯机大压下提高大规格棒材探伤合格率 被引量:1

Improving the Qualified Rate of Flaw Detection of Large Specification Bar under High Pressure of Billet Opener

摘要 针对公司生产的大规格轧材存在探伤不合比例较高的问题,解剖发现95%以上探伤不合都是由于缩孔缺陷造成的。通过开坯机大压下轧制,将最大单道次压下量由原来的90 mm提高到120 mm后,Φ240 mm及以上大规格轧材探伤合格率由原来的98.47%提高到了99.8%,并且使得轧材低倍组织更加致密,产品质量更加稳定。 Shigang Jingcheng Equipment Development and Manufacturing Co.,Ltd.produces the high disproportionately large size rolling material testing.It was found that more than 95%of the defects were caused by shrinkage defects,through large reduction,the biggest single channel time reduction from the original 90 mm to 120 mm,Φ240 mm and above large size rolling inspection qualified rate raised from 98.47%to 99.8%,which makes the macrostructure more dense,and product quality is more stable.
