摘要
芯棒横移车是限动连轧管设备中用来运送芯棒的设备,其对轧制精度和轧制节奏都有着比较大的影响。在实际应用中有两种机构可以进行选择,一种是采用步进梁型式,将冷却后的旧芯棒通过步进机构一步一步移送至预穿工位,这种机构占地面积大,设备较多,容易对芯棒表面造成划伤;另一种采用空中横移车方式,将冷却后的芯棒通过横移车从空中直接移送至预穿工位,这种机构占地面积小,设备单一,且芯棒表面不易划伤,具有较好的使用性能,但由于其机构动作较多,速度容易影响轧制节奏。为了更好地使用该机构,特对此运行机构进行研究和优化,以适应轧制要求。
Mandrel traversing car is used to transport mandrel in the limited motion continuous rolling equipment,which has a great influence on the rolling accuracy and rolling rhythm.In practical application,there are two kinds of mechanisms to choose from.One is the walking beam type,which transfers the cooled old mandrel to the pre-threading station step by step through the walking mechanism.This kind of mechanism covers a large area and has more equipment,which is easy to scratch the mandrel surface;The other uses the air traverse car to transfer the cooled mandrel directly from the air to the pre-threading station through the traverse car.This kind of mechanism covers a small area,has a single equipment,and the mandrel surface is not easy to scratch,so it has good performance.However,because of its more action,the speed is easy to affect the rolling rhythm.In order to use the mechanism better,the running mechanism is studied and optimized to meet the rolling requirements.
