摘要
针对18CrNiMo7-6钢坯加工过程中工件心部出现裂纹的问题,采用光学显微镜(OM)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等进行观察,对裂纹原因进行了分析。分析结果表明:18CrNiMo7-6锻件心部裂纹的原因为残余奥氏体含量偏高。针对此类缺陷,提出了选择合适的淬火温度以减少残余奥氏体的改进措施。
Aiming at the problem of core crack in 18CrNiMo7-6 billet during machining,the causes of the crack were observed by optical microscope(OM)and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results show that the reason for the core crack of 18CrNiMo7-6 forging is the high content of retained austenite.Aiming at these defects,the corresponding improvement measures of selecting appropriate quenching temperature to reduce retained austenite are put forward.
