This paper briefly introduces the process of acid regeneration.By analyzing the factors affecting the BET(specific surface area)of iron powder in the desilication and regeneration subsystem,with the help of Six Sigma tool method,for the significant determination of factors,quick win measures are taken to improve.For multi parameter uncertainty factors,DOE design of experiment is applied to find the optimal system setting parameters and guide the process production.
