HHP-25反应堆压力容器接管安全端焊接结构及质量控制研究

摘要 鉴于接管与安全端异种金属焊缝是“HHP-25”反应堆压力容器最薄弱的环节,通过研究控制焊接结构、焊接材料、焊接工艺规范等要素对焊缝最终质量的影响,并分析了焊缝力学性能及抗腐蚀性,从应用效果来看,工艺评定和焊接见证件的焊缝质量和性能完全满足设计要求,从而有效保证了此类焊缝的质量。 As the dissimilar metal weld between nozzle and safety end is the weakest link of"HHP-25"reactor pressure vessel,the influence of welding structure,welding material,welding process specification and other factors on the final quality of weld is studied,and the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of weld are analyzed.The welding quality and performance of process qualification and welding certificate can fully meet the design requirements,so as to effectively ensure the quality of this kind of welding.
