摘要
为了研究精煤水力旋流器分级处理能力,通过对洗煤一工段的精煤水力旋流器组的入料和产物(底流和溢流)的物料粒度特性进行了实验研究。结果表明:入料、底流、溢流粒度组成基本一致,主导粒度都为+0.250 mm,粗粒级含量大且灰分较小;底流中-0.025 mm粒度级的灰分较高,这是造成底流灰分较高的主要原因;入料一定量的情况下,底流和溢流的产率分别为61.30%、38.70%,底流中-0.250 mm的各粒级分配率都高达60%以上,说明入料中60%以上的细粒级物料进入底流,造成底流物料灰分较高。实验数据充分说明,此旋流器的分级效果较差。
In order to study the classification capacity of clean coal hydrocyclone,the particle size characteristics of feed and product(underflow and overflow)of clean coal hydrocyclone group in coal washing section 1 were experimentally studied.The results show that the particle size composition of feed,underflow and overflow is basically the same,the dominant particle size is+0.250 mm,the coarse particle content is large and the ash content is small.The ash content of-0.025 mm particle size in underflow is high,which is the main reason for the high ash content in underflow.With a certain amount of feed,the yields of underflow and overflow are 61.30%and 38.70%respectively.The distribution rate of each particle size of-0.250 mm in underflow is more than 60%,indicating that more than 60%of fine-grained materials in feed enter underflow,resulting in high ash content of underflow materials.The experimental data fully show that the classification effect of this cyclone is poor.
