摘要 建立了火焰原子吸收光谱法测定铜冶炼烟尘中w(Zn)为0.30%-5.00%的方法。试料经盐酸、硝酸溶解,在稀盐酸介质中,用原子吸收光谱仪于波长213.9 nm处,以空气-乙炔火焰测定锌的吸光度,工作曲线法计算锌。实验表明,该方法的相对标准偏差为0.4%-2.17%,样品加标回收率为97.5%-102.9%。方法灵敏度高、结果准确,适合测定铜冶炼烟尘中的锌量。 A method for determining w(Zn)of 0.30%-5.00%in the copper smelting soot by flame atomic absorption spectroscopy was established.The test material was dissolved by hydrochloric acid and nitric acid.In a dilute hydrochloric acid medium,with an atomic absorption spectrometer at the wavelength of 213.9 nm,the absorbance of zinc was determined by air-acetylene flame and calculated by working curve method.The experiments show that the relative standard deviation of the proposed method is 0.4%-2.17%,and the sample labeling recovery rate is 97.5%-102.9%.The high sensitivity and accurate results are suitable for the determination of zinc in copper smelting smoke.
