摘要
通过对转炉半钢炼钢过程中石灰的熔化机理以及FeO在转炉渣中所起到的作用进行研究,明确了转炉吹炼过程中限制石灰熔化的主要因素。同时,针对这些限制性环节采取了相应的措施,最后通过实际生产数据得出此项技术的有效性。
In this paper,the mechanism of lime melting and the role of FeO in converter slag during semi-steel steelmaking are studied,and the main factors limiting lime melting in converter slag are clarified.At the same time,corresponding measures are taken for these restrictive links.Finally,the effectiveness of this technology is obtained through the actual production data.
