摘要
为了给用户精准提供所需产品,避免发生因缺陷的误判所造成的产品质量降级或终端用户的质量投诉现象,通过描述冷轧连退条状缺陷、挫伤、翘皮和夹渣形貌特征,结合扫描电镜和能谱分析,对这四类易混淆缺陷成分及形成原因进行了介绍,并提出对应控制方法,有效提升了产品一检判定的准确性。
The morphological characteristics of strip defects,contusion,warping and slag inclusion in cold rolling are described.Combined with scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis,the components and causes of these four kinds of confusing defects are introduced,and the corresponding control methods are put forward,which effectively improve the accuracy of product first inspection and avoid the occurrence of quality objections.
