转炉旋转接头更换过程中存在的问题及改进措施

Problems and Improvement Measures Existing during the Replacement of the Converter Rotary Joint

针对在对转炉旋转接头进行更换作业中存在更换困难、未安装到位造成返工、损坏耳轴内的硬管等问题,通过研究旋转接头的安装结构,并进行长期分析和总结,决定采用在旋转接头和耳轴之间增加过渡短接法兰的方式,来解决旋转接头更换过程中的问题,以提高效率和质量。

In view of the problems in the replacement of converter rotary joint,such as difficulty in replacement,rework caused by not being installed in place,damage of hard pipe in trunnion,etc.,the installation structure of rotary joint is studied,and long-term analysis and summary are made.It is decided to add transition short flange between rotary joint and trunnion,which can solve the problems in the replacement process of rotary joint to improve efficiency and quality.
