摘要
通过数值模拟与实际生产结合,研究了冲孔间隙与冲孔毛刺位置之间的关系。通过优化工艺设计中的冲孔间隙,改进冲头结构和冲孔工序设备的工作动作,改善冲头润滑和冷却,解决了压弯冲孔工序冲头挂料及冲孔毛刺的问题,提高了车轮冲孔质量,为车轮锻轧工艺冲孔间隙的设计提供了依据。
Through the combination of numerical simulation and actual production,the relationship between punching clearance and punching burr position is studied.By optimizing the punching clearance in the process design,improving the punch structure and the working action of the punching process equipment,improving the lubrication and cooling of the punch,the problems of punch hanging and punching burr in the bending punching process are solved,the punching quality of the wheel is improved,and the basis for the design of the punching clearance in the wheel forging process is provided.
