摘要
为进一步降低烧结配矿成本,首钢长钢公司炼铁厂在2×200 m^(2)烧结机上探索总结金布巴粉置换卡拉拉粉生产实践。结果表明,金布巴粉配入13%置换卡拉拉粉,其烧结生产指标、经济指标优于卡拉拉粉,烧结矿各项成分、转鼓指数及冶金性能均能满足高炉需求。
In order to further reduce the cost of sinter blending,the production practice of replacing karala powder with jinbuba powder is explored and summarized on 2×200 m^(2) sintering machine of the ironmaking plant of Shougang Changgang Co.,Ltd..The results show that the sintering production index and economic index of Jinbuba powder with 13%replacement karala powder are better than karala powder,and the sinter composition,conversion index and metallurgical properties can meet the needs of blast furnace.
