摘要
描述了在MATLAB/Simulink环境下建立计算机模型的过程,并提出了最优PID(比例-积分-微分)和模型预测控制器。生成的模型用于控件设计。提出了最优PID和模型预测控制器(MPC)。通过搭建该系统用于综采工作面超前支护,试验结果表明,该系统工作可靠,可以有效的将综采工作面沉降率降低到10 mm/d,且更早达到地质稳定。
This paper describes the process of building computer model in MATLAB/Simulink environment,and proposes the optimal PID(proportional integral differential)and model predictive controller.The generated model is used for control design.The optimal PID and model predictive controller(MPC)are proposed.By building the system for advanced support of fully mechanized working face,the test results show that the system works reliably,which can effectively reduce the settlement rate of fully mechanized working face to 10 mm/D,and achieve geological stability earlier.
