摘要
针对53083巷过五盘区第二回风巷期间1号风桥存在挑顶高度大、施工难度系数高、煤矸运输效率低等技术难题,通过技术研究决定对1号风桥采取分层爆破施工工艺,并对施工期间采取了合理有效的安全技术措施。通过实际应用效果来看,保证了风桥施工安全,加快了风桥施工速度,取得了显著应用成效。
In view of the technical problems of No.1 wind bridge,such as high roof lifting height,high construction difficulty coefficient,low coal gangue transportation efficiency,etc.,during the period of 53083 lane passing through the second return air lane of the fifth panel area,it is decided to adopt layered blasting construction technology for No.1 wind bridge through technical research,and reasonable and effective safety technical measures are taken during the construction period.According to the actual application effect,it ensures the construction safety of the wind bridge,speeds up the construction speed of the wind bridge,and achieves remarkable application effect.
