自组织供应链:新基建中工业互联网的核心驱动力

Self-organized supply chains:a basic systemic methodology of Industrial Internet

工业互联网将是第四次工业革命的基石,是我国新基建关键领域之一,对我国工业转型升级、供给侧结构性改革有重要的战略意义。基于当前国内工业互联网建设和应用中面临的技术风险和工业革命的趋势,以“产品=物料+工艺”为基本模式,结合区块链和可信计算提出以供应链自组织为工业互联网核心驱动力的建议思路,提出了环形的工业互联网参考架构,以及供应链自组织过程的基本思路和保障其运转的关键机制。建议工业互联网核心驱动力的构建应以“全国一盘棋”为原则,并加大基础科学理论的投入,发挥体制优势达成世界领先。最后,展望了工业互联网对产业、社会、新一代人工智能相关科学研究的影响。

The Industrial Internet will be the cornerstone of the fourth industrial revolution and one of the key areas of new infrastructure construction.It has important strategic significance for industrial transformation and upgrading and supply-side structural reforms.Based on the current technological risks in the construction and application of the Industrial Internet and the trend of the industrial revolution,this article uses the“product=material+process”as the model,combined with blockchain and trusted computing,and proposes a self-organization of the supply chain as the core driving force of the Industrial Internet.The proposal puts forward a ring-shaped Industrial Internet architecture,as well as the basic ideas and guarantee operation mechanism of the supply chain self-organization process.It is suggested that the construction of the core driving force of the Industrial Internet should be based on the principle of“a game of chess in the whole country”and increase investment in basic scientific theories.Finally,this article looks ahead to the impact of the Industrial Internet on industry,society,and a new generation of artificial intelligence.
