With the development of information and network technology,the ability to provide network services which can be accessed anytime and anywhere has become the focus of people s needs.Based on the research of air-sea cross-domain communication technology,combined with the concept and application scenarios of satellite networks,this paper introduces the working principle and system composition of the air-sea cross-domain communication network buoy system based on satellite links.
