摘要
工业互联网作为实体经济与新兴技术融合的产物,是加快5G商用部署的重要突破口之一。以5G+工业互联网产业现状为基础,从专利申请趋势、专利技术来源国和布局目标国、专利法律状态、专利主要申请人几方面深入分析专利布局情况,并提出发展建议。
As a product of the integration of the real economy and emerging technologies,the Industrial Internet is one of the important breakthroughs for accelerating the commercial deployment of 5G.Based on the status quo of the 5G+Industrial Internet industry,this article analyzes the patent layout from the perspectives of patent application trends,patent technology sources and layout target countries,patent legal status,and main applicants,and proposes development suggestions.
