苏里格气田加热炉生产井风险识别及控制

RISK IDENTIFICATION AND CONTROL OF HEATING FURNACE PRODUCTION WELL IN SULIGE GAS FIELD

在冬季高峰期供气期间,苏里格气田根据生产需求,会打捞部分常规天然气井井下节流器,采用井场加热炉临时性增产措施,提高天然气产量。因该措施为临时性生产工艺措施,一定程度会增加气井运行的安全风险,通过对该工艺现场流程梳理,挖掘现场隐患,排查设备及人员操作风险,提出7项具体风险管控措施及意见,以指导现场安全检查,降低加热炉生产井安全风险。

During the peak gas supply period in win-ter in Sulige gas field,the downhole chokes for some conventional gas well will be salvaged according to the production needs,and temporary production increase measure of wellsite heating furnace will be adopted to increase natural gas production.Since it’s a temporary production process measure,the safety risk of gas well operation will be increased to a certain extent.By sort-ing out the on-site process,digging out on-site hidden dangers,investigating equipment and personnel operat-ing risks,seven specific risk control measures and opin-ions are put forward to guide on-site safety check and reduce safety risks in heating furnace production wells.
