摘要
开发溢油回收材料、发展溢油处理技术对解决溢油环境污染问题至关重要,物理吸附分离是一种高效、低能耗、无污染的处理方法。基于此开发了高吸油海绵材料,利用1锅、2步加料方法对商用海绵进行疏水改性,考察了疏水剂、反应介质对海绵疏水性的影响,获得了对甲苯、食用豆油和汽油吸附倍率达89,102,64 g/g并可反复使用的海绵材料。
It is of great significance to develop oil spill recovery materials and oil spill treatment technologies to solve the problem of environmental pollution caused by oil spills.Physical adsorption separation is a treatment method which is pollution-free with high efficiency and low energy.Based on this,a super-hydrophobic sponge was developed by adopting special method to make hydrophobic modification of commercial sponge.The impacts of hydrophobic agent and reaction medium on the hydrophobicity of sponge was investigated.A reusable sponge material with adsorption rates of 89,102,64g/g for toluene,edible soybean oil and gasoline respectively was obtained.
