高质量教育中的教师素养:特点、构成与培育策略 被引量:2

摘要 高质量教育的观念革新以教师素养的发展与培育作为其实现前提。目前,高质量教育推动教师素养发展的特点呈现出教师素养培育的优质化、教师素养形成的深度化、教师素养呈现的多元化特征。围绕高质量教育发展,教师素养的构建大体包括层级化知识、教学价值观与教师的优质再发展。相应的,基于高质量教育的教师素养培育策略,需要供给不同层级的教师专业知识,关注价值的整合功能;培育教师的教学价值观,促进教师的情感认同;加强学校组织因素建设,合力助推教师的优质再发展,从而有效实现高质量教育背景下教师素养的发展及其培育。 The concept innovation of high-quality education urgently needs the develop-ment and cultivation of teacher literacy as the prerequisite for its realization.At present,the characteristics of high-quality education promoting the development of teacher literacy show the high-quality cultivation of teacher literacy,the depth formation of teacher literacy and diversification of teacher literacy.Around the development of high-quality education,the construction of teacher literacy generally includes hierarchical knowledge,teaching values and teachers'high-quality redevelopment.Accordingly,the cultivation strategy of teacher litera-cy based on high-quality education needs to provide teachers'professional knowledge at dif-ferent levels and pay attention to the integration function of value;cultivate teachers'teaching values and promote teachers'emotional identity;strengthen the construction of school organi-zational factors and jointly promote the high-quality redevelopment of teachers,so as to ef-fectively realize the development and cultivation of teacher literacy under the background of high-quality education.
