实习师范生的责任行为选择--基于身份特质的实证研究

The Responsibility Behavior Choices of Intern Normal University Students: Empirical Research Based on Identity Traits

通过对34位实习师范生访谈调查的实证研究发现,实习师范生身份具有双重性、短暂性与非正式性三大特质。受身份特质影响的他们将会作出寻求借口推脱责任、迫于压力放弃责任、全力承担责任等行为选择。其中实习师范生个人实习价值取向、师范院校培养水平以及实习学校对实习师范生重视程度等因素导致责任行为选择的差异性。实习师范生责任实践品质的培养策略有:实习师范生要努力超越身份特质的局限,师范院校应着重培养实习师范生的职业认同感并进行责任教育,实习学校也要赋予实习师范生责任身份。

Through the empirical research on the interview survey of 34 internship normal university students,it is found that interns have three characteristics:duality,transience and informality.Affected by their identity traits,they will make behavioral choices such as see-king excuses to evade responsibility,giving up responsibility under pressure,and fully as-suming responsibility.Among them,the individual value orientation of interns,the training level of normal colleges and the degree of attention paid to interns by the practice schools lead to the difference in the choice of responsible behavior.The cultivation strategies of responsi-bility practice quality of trainee normal university students include:the trainee normal univer-sity students should strive to transcend the limitation of identity characteristics,normal colle-ges should focus on cultivating the professional identity of interns,and carry out responsibili-ty education,and practice schools should also give interns responsibility identity.
