基于图片侵权分析的高校图书馆版权信息服务对策

Countermeasures for the Copyright Information Service in University Library Based on the Analysis of Image Infringement

媒体融合进入纵深融合阶段后,全员参与使图片侵权案在互联网 版权案件中的占比逐年上升。如何使高校远离图片侵权纠纷非常重要。 通过网络参与式观察与对图书馆从业人员的问卷调查,指出问题主要症 结集中于高校图书馆版权信息服务尚未完全开展、图书馆从业人员图片 版权保护意识薄弱、版权制度专家化与公众版权素养缺失之矛盾以及移 动互联网环境下新型图片使用方式与现有版权制度之冲突,结合网络调 查结果中的关键词词频统计,从建立师生版权素养考评机制、优化图片版 权许可模式、规范图片版权授权制度、实施新型图片版权保护技术 4个方 面,对高校图书馆图片版权信息服务策略进行了探讨。

After the media convergence enters into the stage of in-depth convergence,the full participation makes the proportion of image infringement cases in Internet copyright cases increase year by year.How to keep universities away from the image infringement dispute is particularly important.Through network participatory observation and questionnaire survey of library practitioners,this paper points out that the main problems focus on the incomplete development of copy⁃right information service in university libraries,the library practitioners’weak consciousness of image copyright protec⁃tion,the contradiction between the expert copyright system and the public’s lack of copyright literacy,and the conflict be⁃tween the new way of using images and the existing copyright system in the mobile Internet environment,and combined with the statistics of keyword frequency in the network survey results,probes into the strategies for the image copyright in⁃formation service in university libraries from four aspects of establishing the evaluation mechanism of teachers’and stu⁃dents’copyright literacy,optimizing the image copyright licensing mode,standardizing the image copyright licensing sys⁃tem,and implementing the new image copyright protection technology.
