明胶-氧化壳聚糖复合膜的制备及优化 被引量:2

摘要 明胶是在可降解包装材料中应用最广泛的动物蛋白质,明胶存在亲水性强、耐热性不高的缺点,通过氧化壳聚糖对明胶进行改性,对氧化壳聚糖制备条件进行筛选,确定耐热性较好且制备过程简便的试验方法,并通过测定不同高碘酸钾添加量对复合膜的影响,确定壳聚糖与氧化剂高碘酸钾的添加量,同时考察反应时间、反应温度、明胶含量对耐热性的影响,进一步优化明胶改性的实验方案;最终确定2 g壳聚糖和0.23 g高碘酸钾混合的氧化壳聚糖溶液与5%明胶含量混合,在40℃下反应6 h后制备的明胶-氧化壳聚糖复合膜耐热性较好。 Gelatin is the most widely used animal protein in degradable packaging materials.Gelatin has the disadvantages of strong hydrophilicity and low heat resistance.The gelatin is modified by oxidized chitosan,the preparation conditions of oxidized chitosan are screened,the test method with good heat resistance and simple preparation process is determined,and the influence of different potassium periodate addition on the composite membrane is determined,The addition of chitosan and oxidant potassium periodate was determined,and the effects of reaction time,reaction temperature and gelatin content on heat resistance were investigated to further optimize the experimental scheme of gelatin modification;Finally,the oxidized chitosan solution mixed with 2 g chitosan and 0.23 g potassium periodate was mixed with 5%gelatin content.The gelatin oxidized chitosan composite membrane prepared after reaction at 40℃for 6 hours had good heat resistance.
