不同生境下二月兰种群构件的生物量分配特性 被引量:2

摘要 为探究早春植物二月兰种群在构件水平上的生长特性,更深入地了解其整体的生存策略和异质环境适应性,本研究通过野外调查取样和室内分析,对林下和林缘2种不同生境下的二月兰种群构件的生物量分配特性进行研究。结果表明,林下生境二月兰植株总生物量、根生物量、茎生物量、叶生物量、花序生物量均小于林缘生境,且各生物量的变异系数均接近甚至超过50%。林下生境二月兰植株的根生物量、茎生物量、叶生物量与植株总生物量均呈幂函数正相关关系,花序生物量与植株总生物量呈直线正相关关系;在林缘生境下,二月兰植株各构件生物量与植株总生物量均呈直线正相关关系。在2种生境下,二月兰植株的繁殖器官生物量与营养器官生物量均呈直线正相关关系。可见,在异质环境下,二月兰不同构件间具有显著的资源分配调整与权衡,有较强的表型可塑性。 In order to investigate the growth characteristics of early spring plant Orychophragmus violaceus populations at the level of module,and understand its overall survival strategies and adaptability toheterogeneous habitats.The module biomass allocation of Orychophragmus violaceus populations in two different habitats understory and at the edge of the forest were studied through field investigation and lab analysis.The results showed that,the total biomass,root biomass,stem biomass,leaf biomass and inflorescence biomass at the edge of the forest were all lower than those in the understory,and the coefficient of variation of each biomass is closed to or even more than 50%.In the understory habitat,there was a power function positive correlation between the root biomass,stem biomass and leaf biomass of Orychophragmus violaceus with the total plant biomass,and a linear positive correlation between inflorescence biomass and total plant biomass.In the forest edge habitat,there was a linear positive correlation between the component biomass and the total plant biomass.There was a linear positive correlation between reproductive organ biomass and nutritional organ biomass in two habitats.It can be seen that in the heterogeneous environment,there are significant resource allocation adjustments and tradeoffs among different modules of Orychophragmus violaceus,and have strong phenotypic plasticity.
