大数据背景下职业学院学生的服务型精准化管理模式探究――以建筑与设计学院为例

随着我国的经济快速发展,大数据时代已经悄然到来。职业学院作为高校中占比的重要部分,在校人数已经突破一千五百万。如何在大数据时代背景下,应用好大数据,对学生开展服务型精准化管理模式成为值得我们思考的问题。服务型精准化管理模式是以学生为主体,根据学生的个人情况制定精准的管理措施的新型学生工作模式。本文以建筑与设计学院为例,阐述在大数据背景下职业学院学生的服务型精准化管理探究模式。

With the rapid development of our country’s economy, the era of big data has come quietly. As an important part of the proportion of colleges and universities, the number of vocational colleges has exceeded 15 million. How to apply big data in the era of big data and carry out service-oriented precise management mode of students has become a problem worth thinking about. Service-oriented accurate management mode is a new student work mode with students as the main body to formulate accurate management measures according to students’ personal situation. This paper takes the School of Architecture and Design as an example to explain the service-oriented precise management inquiry mode of vocational college students under the background of big data.
