摘要
本文介绍了某企业大型流态化焙烧炉的基本情况,对焙烧炉的影响参数进行了理论研究,通过对炉窑本体砌筑方式等方面进行一系列的优化改进,还对生产工艺控制进行了摸索和优化,最终实现了大型流态化焙烧炉的顺利投产和稳定运行,系统自动化程度高、原料适应性强、运行稳定高效,并且实现环境友好。
This paper introduces the basic situation of a large-scale fluidized roaster in an enterprise,makes a theoretical study on the influencing parameters of the roaster,makes a series of optimization and improvement on the masonry mode of the furnace body,and explores and optimizes the production process control,finally realizes the smooth production and stable operation of the large-scale fluidized roaster,with a high degree of system automation and high reliability It has strong adaptability to raw materials,stable and efficient operation,and is environmentally friendly.
