摘要
本文简述了世界羰基镍工业羰化合成反应釜的类型及特点,对常压、中压和高压三种合成反应釜的工作效率及用于羰化的物料情况进行了论述分析,认为使用粒状高镍合金在中压卧式转动反应釜合成羰基镍是羰化工艺的最佳选择。
This paper briefly describes the types and characteristics of Synthesis Carbonylation Reactor in world nickel carbonyl industry,analyzes productivity of the three synthesis reactors at normal pressure,medium pressure and high pressure as well as the materials used for carbonylation.It is considered that the use of granular Hi-Ni Alloy is the best choice for the carbonylation process to synthesize nickel carbonyl in a medium-pressure horizontal rotating reactor.
