摘要
闪蒸系统在氧化铝溶出过程中的主要作用是利用节流的原理逐级降低系统压力和料浆温度,达到后续生产工艺所需的压力和温度,并对料浆余热进行回收利用。在高温法生产工艺向低温法生产工艺进行转换的过程中,原高温法生产工艺的闪蒸系统无法满足低温法生产工艺要求。本文就应用分流闪蒸技术解决高温法生产工艺向低温法生产工艺转换过程中出现各类问题的实践过程进行总结探讨,提出主要的改造措施和控制要求。
The main function of flash system in alumina digestion process is to reduce the system pressure and slurry temperature step by step by using the principle of throttling,so as to achieve the pressure and temperature required by the subsequent production process,and to recycle the slurry waste heat.In the process of conversion from high temperature process to low temperature process,the flash system of the original high temperature process can not meet the requirements of low temperature process.This paper summarizes and discusses the practical process of using split flash technology to solve various problems in the process of conversion from high temperature production process to low temperature production process,and puts forward the main transformation measures and control requirements.
