摘要
随着“一带一路”倡议的不断推进,中国企业不断走出国门承揽海外EPC工程总承包项目,在海外EPC工程总承包项目中采购管理是一项极为重要的工作。本文以阿塞拜疆Detal铝板带EPC工程总承包项目为例,阐述了国际EPC工程总承包项目采购管理实施中的常见问题,并提出了改进方案和建议。
With the continuous promotion of "the Belt and Road" initiative,Chinese enterprises are constantly going abroad to undertake overseas EPC projects,and procurement management is an extremely important task in overseas EPC projects.Taking the Detal aluminium strip EPC project in Azerbaijan as an example,this paper illustrates the common problems in the implementation of procurement management in international EPC projects,and puts forward improvement solutions and suggestions.
