摘要
碳酸锂生产一定时间后,会累积一定量碳酸锂次品,主要来自于地沟、槽罐底料,这种次品料主含量非常不稳定,多含有泥巴、沙土,以及钾盐、钠盐和钙盐等杂质,难以直接作为产品进行出售。本研究是利用较低的成本,通过酸溶、除杂,滤去杂质,一步沉锂到电池级碳酸锂,直接提升产品价值。
When the production of lithium carbonate goes on to a certain time,the defective products will be accumulated,which mainly come from the bottom material of trench and tank.The main content of this defective material is very unstable,and it contains mud,sand,potassium salt,sodium salt,calcium salt and other impurities,which is difficult to be sold directly as a product.This research is to use the lower cost,through acid dissolving,impurity removing,impurity filtering,one-step precipitating to get the battery grade lithium carbonate,and directly enhancing the value of the product.
