浅谈企业产品标准执行强制性国家标准常见问题

Analysis of Common Problems in the Implementation of Compulsory National Standards for Enterprise Product Standards

《中华人民共和国标准化法》中提出“推荐性国家标准、行业标准、地方标准、团体标准、企业标准的技术要求不得低于强制性国家标准的相关技术要求”,但企业标准信息公共服务平台中进行自我声明公开的产品标准质量参差不齐,往往出现企业未执行或未完全执行强制性国家标准的情况。论文通过梳理企业执行强制性国家标准常见问题,帮助企业及时进行产品标准自查、自评,提高企业标准编写质量,展示企业技术创新水平,打造企业品牌良好形象。

The"Standardization Law of the People's Republic of China"proposes that"the technical requirements of recommended national standards,industry standards,local standards,group standards,and corporate standards shall not be lower than the relevant technical requirements of compulsory national standards."However,in the public service platform of corporate standards information,the quality of self-declared corporate product standards is uneven,and companies often fail to implement or fail to fully implement compulsory national standards.This article sorts out common problems in companies’implementation of mandatory national standards to help companies conduct self-examination and self-examination of product standards in a timely manner.Review,improve the quality of corporate standards compilation,demonstrate the level of corporate technological innovation,and create a good corporate brand image.
