摘要
基于英飞凌AURIX系列单片机的DSADC模块设计了一种通过软件算法实现旋转变压器位置采样功能的软件解码方案。该方案借助英飞凌AURIX芯片的底层软件驱动库可以方便实现高速的旋变位置采样。与传统硬件解码方式相比,可以极大降低硬件成本。利用电机试验台架对所设计的软件解码方案进行实验验证,结果表明,其采样精度较高,有较高的设计参考价值。
Based on Infineon AURIX series microcontroller’s DSADC module,a software decoding scheme is designed to realize the position sampling function of resolver through software control.The scheme can easily achieve high-speed rotary position sampling with Infineon AURIX chip's low level software drive library.Hardware costs can be greatly reduced compared to traditional hardware decoding methods.The designed software decoding scheme is verified experimentally by using the motor test bench.The results show that the sampling accuracy is high,and the scheme has a high reference value.
