局部阻滞麻醉在老年混合痔外剥内扎术中的临床应用观察

Clinical application of local block anesthesia in the operation of mixed hemorrhoids in the elderly

目的评估局部阻滞麻醉在老年人混合痔手术中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析笔者2019年1月至2020年12月收治的82例局部阻滞麻醉下行混合痔外剥内扎术的老年患者,总结分析术中、术后恢复情况、术后并发症以及临床疗效,并与同期的80例腰麻患者进行比较。结果两组患者在术中出血、术中舒适度、术后疼痛、伤口愈合时间的比较上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在总手术时间、住院时间、术后尿潴留的比较上局部阻滞麻醉组均优于腰麻组(P<0.05)。结论对老年混合痔手术患者采用局部阻滞麻醉具有术中操作便利、总手术时间和住院时间短、术后并发症少的优点,是安全可行的,值得临床推广。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of local anesthesia in elderly patients with mixed hemorrhoids.Methods From January 2019 to December 2020,82 elderly patients with mixed hemorrhoids under local anesthesia were retrospectively analyzed,compared with 80 cases of spinal anesthesia patients in the same period.Results There was no significant difference in intraoperative bleeding,intraoperative comfort,postoperative pain and wound healing time between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with the total spinal cord anesthesia group,the total operative time,hospitalization time and urinary retention were better than those of the local anesthesia group(P<0.05).Conclusion For the elderly patients with mixed hemorrhoids,local anesthesia has the advantages of convenient operation,short operation time and hospitalization time,and less postoperative complications;It is safe and feasible,and worthy of clinical promotion.
