铍针结合电针治疗中风后踝内翻效果分析

Effect Analysis of Stiletto Needle Combined with Electroacupuncture in Treatment of Malleolus Varus After Stroke

目的探讨采取铍针结合电针治疗中风后踝内翻的疗效。方法选取2020年2月至2021年4月在朝阳市中心医院脑病骨伤科住院治疗的79例中风后踝内翻患者作为研究对象。以入院后病历号奇偶数将其分为对照组(共39例,给予电针治疗)和治疗组(共40例,给予铍针结合电针治疗),两组均连续治疗20d,对比两组治疗前后Fugl-Meryer评分及CSS评分。结果治疗组治疗后Fugl-Meryer评分及CSS评分均高于对照组治疗后评分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者治疗有效率为95.00%,明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论铍针结合电针可以缓解中风后踝内翻增强下肢运动功能。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of stiletto needle combined with electroacupuncture in treating malleolus varus after stroke.Methods Seventy-nine patients with malleolus varus after stroke who were treated in the Department of Encephalopathy and Osteopathology of Chaoyang Central Hospital from February 2020 to April 2021 were selected as the subjects of this study.The patients were divided into the control group(39 cases in total,receiving electroacupuncture treatment)and the treatment group(40 cases in total,receiving beryllium needle combined with electroacupuncture treatment),and treated for 20 consecutive days.The fugl-Meryer score and CSS score were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The fugl-Meryer score and CSS score of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group after treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The effective rate in the treatment group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than 76.92%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Stiletto needlecombined with electroacupuncture can relieve malleolus varus after stroke and enhance lower limb motor function.
