基于传统烙治的CO_(2)激光烙法治疗儿童慢性扁桃体炎的疗效及安全性观察

The Efficacy and Safety of CO_(2) Laser Cautery based on Traditional Cautery in the Treatment of Chronic Tonsillitis in Children

目的:观察CO_(2)激光烙法治疗儿童慢性扁桃体炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将我院门诊2019年1~12月收治的100例慢性扁桃体炎患儿纳入临床观察,以CO_(2)激光烙法治疗腭扁桃体后观察患儿的临床疗效、扁桃体肥大程度及临床症状、体征量化积分变化。结果:随着烙治次数的增加,患儿临床症状、体征积分逐渐降低,与治疗前相比,烙治2、4、6次后差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);经过6次CO_(2)激光烙法治疗,治愈率为5%,显效率为70%,总有效率为100%,与烙治4次治疗后相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后3个月、6个月、1年随访,均无明显复发迹象;所有患儿治疗及随访中均未见明显不良反应。结论:CO_(2)激光烙法治疗儿童慢性扁桃体炎临床疗效确切、安全性高,远期疗效肯定。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of CO_(2) laser cautery in the treatment of chronic tonsillitis in children.Methods:100 cases of children chronic tonsillitis treated in the outpatient of our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were included in the study.The clinical efficacy,tonsil hypertrophy degree,quantitative scores of clinical symptoms and signs of the patients were observed after the treatment of palatal tonsillitis with CO_(2) laser cautery.Results:With the increase of the frequency of CO_(2) laser cautery treatment,the scores of clinical symptoms and signs of the patients decreased gradually,and there were statistical differences compared with those before treatment after 2,4 and 6 times of CO_(2) laser cautery(P<0.05).After 6 times of CO_(2) laser cautery treatment,the cure rate was 5%,the obvious effective rate was 70%,and the total effective rate was 100%,which had statistical difference with those after 4 times of treatment(P<0.05).Follow-up at 3 months,6 months and 1 year after treatment showed no obvious signs of relapse.There were no obvious adverse reactions in all the patients during treatment and follow-up.Conclusion:CO_(2) laser cautery in the treatment of chronic tonsillitis in children has definite clinical efficacy,high safety and positive long-term efficacy.
