Architectural Interface Design Strategy under the Control of Style—— A Case of Apple Fifth Avenue

"千城一面"现象盛行,建筑界面作为人感知城市风貌的最直观载体之一,对其进行风貌研究很有意义。文章以Apple Fifth Avenue为例,通过梳理总结其周围既有建筑的风貌环境现状,追溯其选址随时间变化过程中功能与形式的迭代。结合当地风貌导则的控制内容,还原该建筑的生成过程,探究其如何提取选址周边既有建筑的风貌要素,以及提取的建筑风貌要素在建筑界面上的现代演绎策略。

The phenomenon of "a thousand similar cities" prevails. As one of the most intuitive carriers for people to perceive the style of the city, the architectural interface has outstanding significance in the study of the style. Taking Apple Fifth Avenue as an example, the paper summarizes the current situation of the existing buildings and the surrounding environment, and traces the iteration of the function and form of its site selection over time. Combining the control content of the local style guidelines, the paper restores the building process,explores how to extract the existing architectural style elements around the site, and puts forward the modern interpretation strategy of the extracted architectural style elements on the architectural interface.
