高校宿舍使用后评价分析——以西南交通大学2号学生宿舍为例

Analysis on Post-Occupancy Evaluation of the Dormitories in Colleges and Universities——A Case of No.2 Student Dormitory of Southwest Jiaotong University

以西南交通大学2号宿舍为例,利用现场观察、访谈、问卷等方法进行使用后评价。根据调研后发现的问题设计问卷,再根据问卷进行分析,针对学生对于宿舍空间布局、家具设置及阳台卫生间的满意度,总结出目前高校宿舍使用后评价的评价需求,并提出相应的意见与建议,为高校宿舍设计提供参考。

Taking No. 2 dormitory of Southwest Jiaotong University as an example, the post-occupancy evaluation was conducted by onsite observation, interview and questionnaire. The questionnaire was designed according to the questions found after the survey, and then analyzed. According to the students’ satisfaction with the space layout, furniture setting and balcony toilet of the dormitory, the evaluation needs of the current post-occupancy evaluation of college dormitory were summarized, and the corresponding opinions and suggestions were put forward to provide a reference for the design of college dormitory.
