石膏基快硬复合胶凝材料试验研究

摘要 本实验以建筑石膏为快硬材料,复合水泥、矿渣粉、粉煤灰等材料,实现复合胶凝材料的快硬性、高强度与耐水性。经研究发现:石膏基快硬复合胶凝材料泡水养护的强度要远高于自然养护的强度。在泡水养护时,石膏基快硬复合胶凝材料28 d抗压强度可达到68.1 MPa、抗折强度可达到9.7 MPa。 In this research, building gypsum was used as a fast-hardening material, and combined with cement, slag powder, fly ash and other materials to realize the fast-hardening, high-strength and water resistance of the composite cementing material. The research found that when cured in water, the strength of gypsum-based fast-hardening composite cementitious materials was higher than that of natural curing. Cured in water, the 28 d compressive strength of gypsum-based fast-hardening composite cementitious material could reach 68.1 MPa and the flexural strength was 9.7 MPa.
