摘要 随着我国城市化进程的加快,以及相关建筑技术的不断完善,预制装配式建筑也迎来了新的发展契机,因其有着施工周期短、节水节地、减排降噪的优势,受到了建筑行业的青睐。本文通过对浇灌连接方法、焊接连接方法、预应力连接方法、螺栓连接方法四种常见的建筑节点施工方案,以及它们之间的优缺点比较,探讨提高装配式建筑施工质量的技术。通过相关技术介绍,希望可以为装配式建筑的大力推广提供理论支持,并且增强民众和企业对装配式建筑的信心。 With the acceleration of urbanization in China and the continuous improvement of related building technology,prefabricated buildings have also ushered in a new development opportunity.It has the advantages of short construction period,water saving and land saving,emission reduction and noise reduction,and has been favored by the construction industry.This paper discusses the technology of improving the construction quality of prefabricated buildings by comparing the four common construction schemes of pouring connection method,welding connection method,prestressing connection method,bolt connection method and their advantages and disadvantages.Through the introduction of related technologies,it is hoped that it can provide theoretical support for the promotion of prefabricated buildings and enhance the confidence of people and enterprises in prefabricated buildings.
