High Quality and Efficient Cultivation Technology for Auricularia auricula’Baiyun No.6’

经过10多年深入实地调查研究以及黑木耳菌株选育和人工袋料栽培试验示范,从品种来源、栽培原料与配方、菌包制作、培菌要求、耳棚建造、出耳模式、耳芽催生、出耳管理、适时采收等,较为全面地阐述了黑木耳菌株云耳"百云6号"代料优质高效的栽培方法,为百色地区云耳产业的发展提供技术支持。

Based on more than ten years of in-depth field investigation and research as well as strain selection and test demonstration of artificial substitution cultivation of Auricularia auricula,the method of high-quality and efficient cultivation of A.auricula’Baiyun No.6’strain with substitution material from perspectives such as sources,raw materials and formula,packaging,cultivation requirements,construction of cultivation room,pattern of fruiting,stimulating germination of primordium,management after budding,and timely harvesting were elaborated comprehensivly.It is hoped that this research will provide technical support for the development of A.auricula in Baise.
