利用香菇菌渣反季节工厂化栽培滑子菇

Factory Off-season Cultivation of Pholiota nameko with Lentinus edodes Chaff

利用香菇生产后的废菌渣替代30%的木屑,进行滑子菇的工厂化反季节栽培。结果表明滑子菇产量与不添加废菌渣的木屑栽培相当。香菇菌渣的利用不仅可以减少木屑的使用,降低生产成本,同时利用香菇出菇房反季节生产滑子菇,还可以缓解当前香菇工厂化的高成本、低效益问题。

The waste Lentinus edodes chaff was used to replace 30% of the sawdust for the factory cultivation of Pholiota nameko in off-season cultivation. The results showed that the output of P. nameko was equivalent to that without waste L. edodes chaff. The reuse of waste L. edodes chaff could not only reduce the use of sawdust, but also cut down manufacturing costs.At the same time, the cultivation of P. nameko in the fruiting room in off-season cultivation could also alleviate the high-cost and low-efficiency problems of current factory cultivation of L. edodes.
