新时代高校法治文化建设要深入学习宣传贯彻习近平法治思想、要融入大学生思想政治教育工作、要深入学习宣传宪法、要深入开展普法工作、要拓展法治文化建设的渠道,以提高时效性和针对性。高校要通过法治文化建设培育广大师生的法治意识与法治习惯、提高广大师生的法治素养与道德素质、提升高校依法治校的水平和能力、促进全社会法治文化建设的进步与发展。

In the new era,the construction of legal culture in colleges and universities should thoroughly study,publicize and implement Xi Jinpings legal thought,integrate into the ideological and political education of college students,thoroughly study and publicize the Constitution,carry out legal popularization and expand the channels of legal culture construction,so as to improve timeliness and pertinence.Colleges and universities should cultivate the legal consciousness and habits of teachers and students,enhance their legal literacy and moral quality,improve the level and ability of running schools according to law,and promote the progress and development of the whole societys legal culture construction.
