摘要
天然橡胶是一种重要的战略物资和工业原料,在我国热带地区种植面积大。在橡胶田间管理过程中,需要进行除草作业,否则杂草与橡胶树争肥,影响割胶作业,也会导致橡胶苗生长缓慢。为此,设计一种可以防堵的小型胶园除草机具,阐述了该除草机具的结构组成与工作原理,确定了防堵装置、除草刀设计及刀片排列。田间试验表明,小型胶园除草机具平均除草合格率为94.20%,平均粉碎率为92.29%,平均工作效率为0.214 hm^(2)/h,平均燃油消耗量为0.61 L/h,满足胶园除草作业要求。
Natural rubber is an important strategic material and industrial raw material,which has a large planting area in tropical areas of China.In the process of rubber field management,weeding must be carried out.Without weed control,weeds compete with rubber tree for fertilizer,which affects tapping operation and leads to slow growth of rubber seedlings.Therefore,a small rubber garden weeder which can prevent blocking is designed,and the structure and working principle of the weeding machine are described.The anti blocking device,weeding knife design and blade arrangement are determined.The field test showed that the average weeding qualified rate of the small-sized weeder was 94.20%,the average crushing rate was 92.29%,the average working efficiency was 0.214 hm^(2)/h,and the average fuel consumption per hour was 0.61 L/h,which met the requirements of weeding in rubber plantations.
