摘要 石油与天然气管道是国家经济和安全的重要环节。通过对其进行网格化精细管理,将大大提升管道的安全性能。引入网格化管理理念,并将其应用于西气东输浙江诸暨段管道管理中。该段管道划分为63个不规则网格,基于多属性风险辨识与安全调查表打分的方法,对不同的网格进行安全等级评价并提出风险隐患和相应的解决措施,形成"一格一策"。以一个典型网格为例,提出了适配于网格化管理的管理组织结构,并提供了技术指导。 Oil and gas pipeline is an important link of national economy and security.Through the grid fine management,the safety performance of long-distance pipeline will be greatly improved.The grid management is applied to the Zhejiang Zhuji section of West to east gas transmission pipeline.The pipeline is divided into 63 irregular grids.Based on the method of multi-attribute risk identification and safety questionnaire scoring,the safety grade of different grids is evaluated,and the risk hidden dangers and corresponding solutions are put forward to form"one grid and one policy".Take a typical grid as an example,a management organization structure suitable for grid management is proposed,and technical guidance is provided.
